QSFB aims to bring you the best and freshest fish and seafood from around the world, in a gastrobar setting. Air flown in on the day itself, simply pick your favourite item, choose how you'd like it done (or let our chefs recommend) and pair with our fine selection of wines and craft beers. Then kick back, relax, and soak in the gorgeous waterfront views of the marina.

As we also provide fresh seafood retail, you may also wish to bring home some fresh fish or seafood for that perfect home-cooked meal!

Wednesday & Thursday: noon- midnight
Friday: noon- 1am
Saturday: 9am- 1am (brunch menu till 5.30pm)
Sunday: 9am- midnight (brunch menu till 5.30pm)
Monday: fishing day!
