EXCHANGE (1. Item does not fit 2. Do not like the item)

1.) Let us know what size or color or design you want to exchange we will check the availability of the item to you first.
If the item you want to exchange is OUT OF STOCKS , Ample Couture will only issue a credit note if the item you want to exchange is not available, NO CASH REFUND
2.) Your return needs to be received by us within 7 days of your original date parcel received.
3.) Your item needs to be tag intact, unwashed, unworn (tried on is fine) and in the original condition that it was sent out to you. Unfortunately we can't accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn around.
4.) All postage costs must be covered by the customer.
5.) Once you have posted out please provide us the courier company name and tracking number.


DEFECTIVE ITEMS/INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED

We apologise if we have sent you a wrong/defective item. Kindly contact us through FB page about this issue and we will reply you within 24 hours.

1.) Let us know where is the defect of the item and attach a photo to us.
2.) Your return needs to be received by us within 7 days of your original date parcel received
3.) We will inspect the item and exchange a new one for you and refund the cost of the postage to you.
4.) If the item out of stock, we will either store credit for next purchase or refund to you.
5.) Once you have posted out please provide us the courier company name and tracking number.


REFUND
For example : when the item you ordered and paid is out of stock , we will refund the full amount(OUT OF STOCKS ITEM ONLY) to your bank account (OR you may choose to exchange with other items )


PRODUCTS

Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.

Measurements provided on each of the products are in maximum stretch.

A difference of 1cm-2cm between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.

Users are advised to double check on the product measurements as different design may fit differently.

Colour may transfer onto other garments, upholstery and bags. Do take note whenever necessary.

ONLINE TRANSFER – print screen or snap photo on the screen and send to us ( must show our bank account number & the amount transferred)
