Through colonialism, the Dutch introduced European cuisine, who was revered as an upper-class (ningrat) cuisine of the Dutch East Indies society. In practice, there are several recipes that were invented as Dutch Indies fusion cuisine, which is a blend of European techniques with the use of archipelago's native ingredients.
Based on this background, we are trying to offer the concept of European colonial dishes that are packed in the Classic American themed-lounge which would be our unique selling point. By merging these two themes, we believed that we will deliver a new experience for you to enjoy the dish as well as the extraordinary atmosphere in the midst of the city.
